We read every message. For fastest help with bugs, include your browser version, operating system, which AI site you were on, and what you expected versus what happened.

Chrome Web Store

After the extension is published, you can also leave feedback or questions on the Support tab of the listing in the Chrome Web Store. Store reviews are public; email is better for account-specific or security-sensitive issues.

Common issues

• No warning appears: Confirm the extension is enabled and you are on a supported site (see the listing). Try reloading the tab after installing an update.
• Sanitise (Premium) fails: Check that your API key and model are set in extension options, that Privacy Mode is off (unless you use local Ollama), and that optional host permissions were granted for your provider when prompted.
• Floating scan button: You can hide it under extension Settings (“Show floating scan button on supported sites”).
